This vessel is designed and constructed as a patrol vessel with dual engine, dual shaft, dual rudder, and dual propeller propulsion, used for patrol, supervision, and emergency tasks in China's maritime areas. The propulsion machinery and living areas, including the bridge , are located at the middle and aft as shown in GA plan. This vessel is equipped with an advanced network information system, which can access, process, and transmit information from the whole vessel, realize information sharing, and realize interconnection and intercommunication with shore based and other ships through the water broadband.
This vessel is designed and constructed as a stern type fishery administration vessel propelled by dual propellers, used for fishery administration law enforcement in coastal and nearshore maritime of China. When necessary, it assists in emergency rescue and search and rescue missions, with fixed pitch propellers, dual pivot balance rudders, no bow thruster, and a wave plate installed at the stern transom plate. The propulsion machinery is located aft, and the living area, including the bridge , is located in the middle as shown in GA plan.
